Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No, you do not need to be present. Many of our clients prefer to provide us with a key, a door code, or leave a key with a concierge. Rest assured, all of our specialists are fully vetted, background-checked, and insured. We will securely access your space, complete the transformation, and lock up safely when we leave.
What is included in your standard cleaning service?
Our standard service is a comprehensive maintenance clean designed to keep your environment pristine. It includes dusting all surfaces, vacuuming and mopping floors, sanitizing kitchens and bathrooms, emptying trash, and cleaning high-touch areas like doorknobs and light switches. For a deeper level of care, we also offer deep cleaning and customizable add-ons.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?
Absolutely. Our team arrives fully equipped with commercial-grade vacuums, fresh microfiber cloths, and our curated selection of premium, eco-friendly cleaning solutions. You don't have to provide a thing. If you have a specific, specialty surface cleaner you prefer we use for certain furniture, just let us know during your consultation.
How do you determine your pricing?
Our pricing is transparent and based on the size of your space (square footage), the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and the layout or specific condition of the environment. Because every space has a unique "vision," we provide a tailored quote before your first booking so there are never any hidden fees or surprises.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
We understand that schedules change. To help us manage our team's schedule efficiently, we kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Appointments canceled inside the 24-hour window may be subject to a nominal late-cancellation fee.
